Season 1, Episode 9
Blanche is asked out by Dirk, a MUCH younger man from her aerobics class. She accepts the date, and spends all week starving herself, exercising, and eating vitamin supplements. She feels younger than she has in years.
Hair and makeup done, and dressed to the nines, Blanche is ready for her date. She opens the door. Dirk tell her she looks gorgeous. Blanche thanks him, and asks him to wait for her in the car while she says goodbye to the girls.
Blanche, to Dorothy and Sophia: I do believe the man said, "Gorgeous!" I'm gonna live forever!
Dorothy: Not outside of an institution.
